Compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS6

This is a Photoshop panel with twelve incredibly useful tools. I want to specially thank Trevor Morris for letting me use his scripts. Please check his website for more information about the scripts and more interesting  Photoshop stuff.

The tools in the panel are:

  1. Horizontal Spacing

This tool distributes all selected layers horizontally, so that the layers are evenly spaced.

  2. Vertical Spacing

This tool distributes all selected layers vertically, so that the layers are evenly spaced.

  3. Center layer

As the name implies, this tool simply centers the active layer within the document, both vertically and horizontally.

  4. Rename Layers

This tool renames all layers in the active document, including those within groups. The script prompts for a layer name pattern, and then renames and numbers the layers (top to bottom, or bottom to top).

  5. Sort Layers

This tool sorts all layers in the active document alphanumerically (top to bottom, or bottom to top)

  6. Find Layer

This tool searches all layers by name and selects the first match.

  7. Hide All Layers

A simple tool that hides (turns off) all layers in the active document.

  8. Show All Layers

A simple tool that shows (turns on) all layers in the active document.

  9. Import Folder as Layers

This tool combines a series of images from the selected folder into a new document. All layers are named according to the file they represent.

  10. Layers to Comps

This tool simply creates a layer comp for each layer in the active document.

  11. Duplicate Image

This tool has all the same features as Photoshop’s native Duplicate Image command, but adds the ability to enter the number of duplicates to create!

  12. Array generator

This tool generates a two-dimensional array of cloned objects based on the selected layer or group. The user interface also allows you to specify the number of rows and columns, as well as the horizontal and vertical spacing between objects.
